I read this yesterday. One thing I would add is that many I know give to church missions that do indeed help orphans. My older aunts and uncles give to these things. They cannot adopt because of age but they are still doing something. As for younger Christians...there's little excuse! Your phrase, "serial adopter" works great for us too:)
I agree Becky. I do think it's a tough thing for a lot of people. We have to remember that God opens our eyes and some may just not be called yet. I was called earlier than my husband was, but I needed to wait on God to prepare his heart.
